Transfer
1. While call is active press “Transfer”
2. Enter Number to be transferred to (Example: 1234)
3. Press “Transfer”
Put on Hold
1. While call is active press “Hold”
2. To take out of hold, press “Resume”
Call Park
1. While call is active press “Call Park XXX”
a. Caller will be moved to the designated extension
2. To pick up the parked call, dial the parked number (Example: 301) or press
the active call park button
a. The parked call will dial back after 300 seconds automatically
Setup and Changing Voicemail
1. Dial *98 or Press Mail button - “More” - “Dial into Voicemail”
2. Enter Pin (224466)
3. Press 0 for Mailbox Options
a. 1 –Standard Greeting
b. 2—Record Greeting
c. 3 – Standard Name
d. 4—Record name
Accessing Voicemail Messages
1. Press or Dial *98 or press the Mail button
2. Enter Pin (Default 224466)
a. Mail Button
i. Use Silver Center Buttons to Navigate Through Messages
ii. Once Selected press one of the four options
1. Back (Go back to previous page)
2. More (See additional options)
3. Delete (Delete Selected Message)
a. Cancel (Go back to messages)
b. Okay (Confirm Deletion of Message)
4. Play (Play the selected message)
Conference Call
1. While call is active press “Conference”
2. Dial number or ext.
Overhead Paging
